Start with a fried egg & melted cheese, add your choice of Bacon , Sausage, or Ham on a Hard roll, Bagel,  English Muffin or grilled Texas Toast 
       
Add : Mushrooms ,Bell peppers or fried Onions for .50cents each.

Add sliced Avocado or Tomato for .75 cent each.

Fried potatoes with onions and bell peppers, then topped with a fried egg ,sliced avocado and mozzarella cheese.

Deep fried tater tots smothered  in a delicious white pepper  gravy then topped with scrambled eggs and cheese.
 Your choice of  Bacon ,Sausage or Ham .

 Homefries, scrambled egg, mozzarella cheese and your choice of bacon , sausage or ham all rolled up into a warm 
tortilla shell.

Deep fried pancake batter rolled in cinnamon and sugar.

2 slices of multi grain bread toasted and topped with mashed avocado and sprinkled with seasonings.
